Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bridgeway Executive Travel. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Bridgeway Executive Travel provides pre-booked executive travel, private hire transport, airport transfers, business travel and other agreed passenger transport services.
1. Bookings
All journeys must be pre-booked in advance. Bookings may be made by email or through any other booking method we make available.
A booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it and provided confirmation by email, message or other written communication.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including collection address, destination, date, time, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, flight details where applicable, and contact information.
Bridgeway Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse or decline any booking request.
2. Prices and Quotations
Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking. This may include journey distance, estimated journey time, collection time, waiting time, vehicle type, passenger numbers and any special requirements.
If the journey details change after the booking has been confirmed, the price may also change. This includes changes to collection time, destination, additional stops, waiting time, parking charges, congestion charges, tolls or any other additional costs.
Any quotation given is valid only for the journey details provided at the time.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment may be required in advance, at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Where payment has not been received as agreed, Bridgeway Executive Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Corporate or account customers may be offered invoice payment terms by prior agreement only.
4. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email at bookings@bridgewayexecutivetravel.uk.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time will normally receive a full refund, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled collection time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled collection time, or after the vehicle has been dispatched, may be charged at the full agreed fare.
Special cancellation terms may apply for large bookings, event bookings, long-distance journeys or corporate arrangements. These will be confirmed at the time of booking where applicable.
5. No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not attend the agreed collection point and we are unable to make contact using the details provided, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
For standard collections, reasonable waiting time will be allowed. After this time, additional waiting charges may apply or the booking may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
For airport collections, we will allow reasonable time for passengers to leave the aircraft, pass through immigration, collect luggage and reach the agreed meeting point. Where flight details have been provided, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight arrival times.
If the passenger does not make contact or attend the agreed meeting point within a reasonable time after landing, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
6. Waiting Time
Waiting time may be charged where the driver is kept waiting beyond the agreed collection time.
Waiting time charges, if applicable, will be confirmed at the time of booking or charged at a reasonable rate depending on the circumstances.
Any parking charges incurred while waiting for passengers, including airport parking or drop-off charges, may be added to the final fare.
7. Journey Changes
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to a booking. However, changes are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
Any changes to collection time, destination, route, additional stops, passenger numbers or luggage requirements may result in an amended fare.
Drivers are not obliged to accept changes to a journey unless those changes have been agreed by Bridgeway Executive Travel.
8. Airport Transfers
Customers must provide accurate flight details when booking airport transfers. This helps us monitor flight arrival times where possible.
Bridgeway Executive Travel is not responsible for flight delays, flight cancellations, baggage delays, airport security delays, immigration delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Additional waiting time, parking charges, drop-off charges or other airport-related charges may be added to the fare where applicable.
9. Luggage
Customers must provide accurate information about luggage requirements at the time of booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle booked is suitable for the number of passengers and the amount of luggage.
Bridgeway Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse to carry luggage that is unsafe, excessive, illegal, likely to damage the vehicle, or not disclosed at the time of booking.
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver, the vehicle and other passengers.
Bridgeway Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse travel or end a journey where a passenger is abusive, threatening, violent, heavily intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a way that may put the driver, passengers, vehicle or public at risk.
No smoking or vaping is permitted in the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for any damage, mess or soiling caused to the vehicle. Cleaning, repair or loss-of-earnings charges may be applied where appropriate.
11. Children and Child Seats
Customers are responsible for ensuring that children travel safely and in accordance with any legal requirements.
Where a child seat is required, the customer should provide one unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Bridgeway Executive Travel cannot guarantee the availability of child seats unless this has been specifically confirmed before the journey.
12. Accessibility and Special Requirements
Please tell us about any accessibility needs, mobility requirements or special assistance required at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to vehicle suitability and availability.
13. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Bridgeway Executive Travel will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and complete journeys as agreed. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
This may include traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, police incidents, airport delays, public events, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will keep customers informed and make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
14. Vehicle Availability
We aim to provide the vehicle agreed at the time of booking. However, if the agreed vehicle becomes unavailable due to breakdown, accident, maintenance or other circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative vehicle where possible.
If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative, we will offer a refund for any payment made for the affected booking.
15. Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
If any item is left in the vehicle, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to the owner. Collection or return of lost property may be subject to reasonable charges, including postage, courier costs or driver time.
Bridgeway Executive Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
16. Liability
Bridgeway Executive Travel will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, missed flight, missed appointment, missed connection or other loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter.
Complaints should be sent by email to enquiries@bridgewayexecutivetravel.uk with the booking details, journey date and a clear explanation of the issue.
We will aim to respond to complaints within a reasonable time.
18. Privacy
We will only use customer information for legitimate business purposes, including managing bookings, contacting customers, providing transport services, processing payments, handling complaints and complying with legal or licensing obligations.
Customer information will not be sold to third parties.
19. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be free from errors or omissions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By making a booking with Bridgeway Executive Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
