Booking Revisions
At Bridgeway Executive Travel, we recognize that schedules evolve. Should you require a change or void a booking, please reach out via email to bookings@bridgewayexecutivetravel.uk immediately.
Customer Initiated Changes
- Cancellations performed over 24 hours prior to your pickup will merit a total refund, unless specified otherwise during reservation. Changes requested within 12 to 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a fee reaching 50% of the total quote. Requests made under 12 hours before travel, or once the chauffeur has been dispatched, are typically billed at the full rate to cover our operational costs.
No-Show Terms
If a traveler fails to appear at the designated pickup spot and we cannot establish communication via the provided contact info, the trip will be billed as a no-show. At airports, we provide specific grace periods and track flight status when numbers are shared. However, if the client fails to meet the chauffeur or notify us within a suitable window post-landing, the booking is recorded as a no-show, resulting in a full charge for the scheduled service.
Updating Your Journey
Our team strives to accommodate all modifications to your itinerary, including times, routes, or passenger counts. All updates remain contingent on fleet status and may result in a recalculation of the final quotation.
Credits
Whenever a reimbursement is approved, funds are returned to the initial source of payment. Process times vary by financial institution, usually appearing within several business days.
Provider Cancellations
Should we ever need to void a trip due to unforeseen external factors, we will notify you promptly to provide a suitable alternative transport solution or a comprehensive financial refund.
Essential Details
Validating a reservation with Bridgeway Executive Travel constitutes agreement to these terms. Unique conditions for large groups, corporate contracts, or events will be clarified during the initial booking phase.
