Cancellation Policy
At Bridgeway Executive Travel, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email at bookings@bridgewayexecutivetravel.uk.
Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time will receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled collection time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled collection time, or after the vehicle has been dispatched, may be charged at the full agreed fare.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not attend the agreed collection point, and we are unable to make contact using the details provided, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged in full. For airport collections, we allow reasonable waiting time and monitor flight arrival times where flight details have been provided. However, if the passenger does not make contact or attend the agreed meeting point within a reasonable time after landing, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Amendments to Bookings
We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, including changes to collection time, destination or passenger details. Any changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may affect the final price.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations by Bridgeway
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
Important Information
By confirming a booking with Bridgeway Executive Travel, you agree to this cancellation policy. Any special cancellation terms agreed for larger bookings, corporate work, events or long-distance travel will be confirmed at the time of booking.
